“I love Costco I do and never have had an ill experience. Knoxville area needs another. But one complaint I do have about this store is they need to keep better eye on their produce. I’ve caught countless times moldy produce and have had to hand it to an employee.”

“Lines can be long, but usually move pretty quickly. The left side tank pumps seem more likely to have incompetent humans there that take 3 times as long, but either side pump can easily be used. Like the prices.”

“I just walked into the friendliest store I have been in for the past 5 years. The entire staff could not be more helpful, super friendly greeting everybody in the store and created a vibe that you just don't see any more in retail. Thanks for reminding us all what incredible service looks like and how to treat other human beings..”

“We stop off at Walgreens very often. We don't normally shop at this location, but when we do we always find what we ran in here for and the staff has always been friendly. The best way to get in out of the parking lot is by the light. It is dangerous and sometimes impossible to pull directly onto Campbell Station.”

“The pharmacy staff at this location consistently goes above and beyond. We have been coming to them for over 3 years. Of course there have been prescription issues due to our PBM, but the pharmacy team here have been our allies in working things out and getting our meds. Wouldn’t go anyplace else for prescriptions!”

“3 people running the pharmacy on a very busy afternoon (do better Walgreens. These people need HELP), yet the drive-thru tech took the time to search for a discount on a medication not approved by insurance. She looked for the BEST discount, not just the first one she found. The tech that rang my purchase up was answering phones, handling multiple people...and still smiled kindly. She was professional even though I expressed how stressful it must be to be understaffed.I will be transferring my meds from Walgreens strictly because the company is not taking care of their staff, and mistakes on contraindications have been made where I caught some scary interactions (different location).I think this is human error that is caused when the staff is overwhelmed.Good job Farragut Walgreens staff. The main check out employee at the entrance is extremely kind. The make-up area employee is exceptionally helpful. And pharmacy staff hard-working and overworked. My 5 star review is for THEM.”

“I’m here to brag on the shift lead, Cody for his exceptional customer service today. He went out of his way to help me with a fed ex return and it was very much appreciated!”

“I don't understand people's rude reviews. This Walgreens is excellent. I never have to wait long in the drive thru for my prescriptions and they communicate so well at the window. Maybe if customers had more patience in life they wouldn't leave such bad reviews online all the time. This Walgreens does fast pick up too! Great store.”

“When you are sick and trying to find a clinic, doctor, nurse practioner to go to,so that you can get some medication to start feeling better...one is NOT THINKING about an appointment on line.We went to the Minute Clinic on a Saturday, about 1pm. It took us till about 3 pm to see the doctor. It was NOT THE FAULT of the doctor, nor ours for not doing the scheduling beforehand. It was the NO SHOW OF HIS helper!!The doctor had to do all of the work!Medication, blood pressure, temperature pulse, drug allergies etc...then ask the questions of...whats wrong, how long, have you been around other people that's sick?So THANK YOU to the NO SHOWS for Work, appointments but especially to the impatient Dad of the little boy who needed a physical, he was in his dirty baseball uniform, about 10-12 years old, had climbed, laid and jumped all over the counter to check in. Because you,Dad were to impatient to stand or sit with him. You roamed over the store talking and complaining about the wait...lol”
