“Great staff.Needed to print a USPS label from Email access from my phone. Had no idea how to do that.I knew UPS stores did printing, so I called the UPS store to see if I could get a USPS label printed.They told me they could do that.I went to the store expecting to have a label printed and then having to secure the box with tape, which I did not have , put the label on it and take it to the Post Office to be mailed.When I got to the counter and told the young lady what I needed to do? She asked me if I had emailed the information to them.I knew nothing about that.I thought this was going to be a very complicated process.The nice young lady at the counter patiently helped me easily complete the task.She highlighted the email address on a business card and told me to email the label to her. I emailed the label to her from my phone, and 30 seconds later she had it on her computer and a short while she had it printed.She asked me for the package and $2.38. I thought I was going to have to take the package to the Post Office. So I asked her, and she said they would take care of it, so I gladly handed her $2.38 and the package.”
