“I was having some issues getting my family van started, thinking I had battery problems but after getting a new battery, I was informed that it was indeed my starter. Long story short, I brought my van to One Way and had it fixed. The vehicle made it home but wouldn't start again. I spoke to Chris and explained the situation. He made it right for sure! He promptly had it towed back to One Way, fixed the issue, called me and had it fixed the next day. I was a little hesitant that I was in deep water but his excellent customer service was resolved correctly in the end. I didn't have to pay for towing, he answered my calls, I didn't get ghosted, and my van was fixed. I would recommend him and his services again because in the end, he made everything right for me!”

With the old tires, I could drive 40-45 mph as the steering wheel was shaking so badly. With the new tires I can drive 65 mph no shaking. I like to spend my dollars locally if I can. Good service, good prices. Highly recommended!”
