“Online Red Roof reservation is cheaper than the hotel rate. If I had known, I would have sat in the parking lot and reserved a room. The check-in lady was really nice. The room was clean but had an odor to it.”

“I think this hotel is decent for the money. Breakfast was a little more than a Continental breakfast. They had sausage which was decent and eggs which were not so good. Both were cold. My room was just fine. I love the bed. Everything was clean. It was quiet. The staff was decent as well. There is a hotel a couple doors down that was considerably more expensive. So if you were opting for a decent price and a decent room, you can find one here.”
“Overall it was a nice stay. Beds were comfortable and everything in the room worked. Bathroom had towels for two as requested. Not disappointed in staying there.”

“Room was clean and what you'd expect from a Choice hotel. The reason for my review, though, is to recognize the amazing service we received. We had a mechanical issue with our vehicle during a backup on the interstate and Dandridge was the next exit. I called in a near panic as we were 500 miles from home and nearly 200 from where we were headed (in a 2 door convertible we CAN'T sleep in). I spoke to Shawn (sp?) Who advised he had availability and held us a room. We arrived 5 minutes later and he was very helpful and even hand delivered some information to our room regarding local mechanics, tow companies, and rental companies. We are so appreciative of his helpfulness and caring during our ordeal especially given how busy he was at the time he never made us feel like a burden. Thank you, Shawn!”
