“My rear passenger side tire had a slow leak, which started three days before Thanksgiving. (Things never conveniently take place.) Fortunately slow enough that I could air it up the evening before and get to, and from work and do the process again. I live near a small town, so there are many services unavailable. On Black Friday I was relieved to see that Shadden Tire Discounters was open. I checked in, and waited my turn. My good fortune was, that the leak was found (sometimes, the cause isn’t obvious, tire bead seating, leaking valve cores, or stems) I had picked up a nail and it was in the tread, not the sidewall. The service technician was careful in the manner in which he worked on my car, that meant a lot to me.The service manager handed me my key fob and said “You’re good to go, no charge.” He didn’t have to do that, so I gratefully I thanked him. My finances have had taken on difficulties, so it meant a great deal to me to make my good fortune into financial relief.So thank you to those in the Shadden Tire Discounter’s, I highly recommend you for your service and your community ethics, thank you.”
