“I have an 06 mini cooper S and do not live in Crossville.. We had an issue with the idler pulley and ultimately alternator which killed my new battery. I took the car to A1 from another repair shop who couldn’t work on it. The folks at A1 did an outstanding job did leg work for me and kept me informed through the entire process and repaired in a timely manner. Very definitely would recommend these folks to anyone”

“I had a great experience here. My salesman was Brandon Slaven. He really helped me when I came up there to look at a vehicle and made sure that we looked over every inch of it, and he brought up things that I didn’t think to look for. And when we started talking numbers both him and Tim Bargayo were super helpful. And out of every dealership I have been to in the last few months, this one is the only one that has taken me seriously. This is very important to me because I am young and everywhere just treats me like a child. I’m very glad that this was not the case here. “My rear passenger side tire had a slow leak, which started three days before Thanksgiving. (Things never conveniently take place.) Fortunately slow enough that I could air it up the evening before and get to, and from work and do the process again. I live near a small town, so there are many services unavailable. On Black Friday I was relieved to see that Shadden Tire Discounters was open. I checked in, and waited my turn. My good fortune was, that the leak was found (sometimes, the cause isn’t obvious, tire bead seating, leaking valve cores, or stems) I had picked up a nail and it was in the tread, not the sidewall. The service technician was careful in the manner in which he worked on my car, that meant a lot to me.The service manager handed me my key fob and said “You’re good to go, no charge.” He didn’t have to do that, so I gratefully I thanked him. My finances have had taken on difficulties, so it meant a great deal to me to make my good fortune into financial relief.So thank you to those in the Shadden Tire Discounter’s, I highly recommend you for your service and your community ethics, thank you.”

“Called and got Robert on the phone told him I needed a quarter fender for my truck he said had a set in stock. He put it aside for me till I got there. When I walked in I was greeted everyone was very nice they had my quarter fenders waiting for me got talking to the other office guy about algae in my fuel tanks he gave me some good tips to help get it out and also showed me some different things to try will definitely be going back for all my part needs”

“I had to have the rear axle and differential replaced on my (late) dad's 2014 F-150 XLT 4WD 5.0L.The original owner of it hauled horses and the seal busted and leaked and it was somewhat expensive $3,690 but it has a unlimited mileage 3year warranty with new axle and differential! I could have saved a $1,000 but it had a 25,000 mile warranty and it was all rebuilt as new axle with new differential..which is ultimately cleaned,inspected and rebuilt unless u buy all the parts actually new and build it which will cost even more part by part. I am glad to have my truck back now as it was left to me and it is smooth driving and new rear shocks. Over all so far very happy..I do not plan on getting rid of the truck anytime soon and besides who can afford to buy a new or new used truck for $45,000- $90,000 this day and age?”

“A couple years ago we got our truck into their shop and they did a great job on it. Last night our minivan broke down and our roadside assistance insurance contacted Express for towing. The gentleman who brought us (family of 5) & our minivan home last night was wonderful. He got to us quickly and drive home so safely. He was delightful to visit with. I really appreciate the wife range of work Express Automotive offers. They offer to take the Vicks to their shop for services and a ride home for nothing additional. If we had the funds in the bank we would've done that option.”
“Went to get advice on a car that i purchased originally to flip for a profit. I ended up getting in a accident and my daily was totaled. I didn't call or make any kind of appointment, which i'm sure is the better thing to do no matter where you go!! “This shop and the owners are exceptional in their line of work. I’ve taken my car several times for oil changes and he’s very thorough in checking the basic. If it’s not needed he will not waste your money..I dropped my car off to have ac compressor changed out, he said he felt it was working fine but just low on Freon. I kept hearing a noise, rattling sound and thought it was the compressor clutch as it stopped when I turned off the ac, I had a new alternator belt and tensioner pulley installed from another local shop. I thought the tensioner was the culprit then was told no, it’s the compressor. Even though this mechanic assured it was all working fine I had him replace it just knowing that’s what it was. Well, it wasn’t that and I should have listened to the professional. Hear the rattling noise soon after I left the shop.He takes great pride in his work and for that I will continue to use his services. For now, I’m trouble free with a cold Ac. ”

“I got in a pretty bad wreck a little under two weeks ago and ended up totaling my car. Thankfully the lady who hit me had insurance and all was worked out in the end but the car shopping experience has been particularly stressful. Having only had two used cars in the past, I knew this time around I wanted to get a brand new one with a warranty, better gas mileage, and a few specific bells and whistles that would make me happy in the long run. I spent over a week searching for the right car and finally came across the one I wanted, but every dealership around me didn't satisfy me with their offers and inventory. Saturday night I was looking online, came across Dave Kirk, and they had the exact vehicle I was looking for. They got in touch with me about availability the very next business day and we hurried down to them to check the car out. They were super helpful and understood that I had been through a lot of stress lately, and especially with this being my first new car buying experience. I was so thankful for their help through it all. Needless to say, the car is in the driveway as I'm typing this and I couldn't be happier with my decision! Matt was our salesman and he was such an awesome guy all around, super informative and very kind. Everyone at the dealership was so happy to help however they could and have checked in with me already to make sure I'm happy with everything about my vehicle and experience overall.
