“They are really good. I would have given 5 stars but I waited 30 minutes before pulling into the bay and then it took an additional 30 minutes because I drive a Volvo. If you have a Volvo, Audi, Mercedes or any other European vehicle, it's not a quick in and out. They were very professional about it and thankfully found the right tool to change my oil filter but I would call first and ask them based on your make of vehicle if they can do your service. I also would have done the coolant flush but they didn't have enough of the type of fluid my car needed so I declined. Granted, they said they could run up to Autozone and get it, but so can I. Overall 4 star experience, almost a 5 except for wait time and lack of product to get everything done. I was there, waited, got my oil changed and left in an hours time, I will however, go back for my next oil change.”
“I wanted to share and send a big shout out to Fox Plaza Automotive (Collierville) we took my car in for front and rear breaks as recommended by the dealership service department. we went to fox plaza automotive service since they had done other work on a different car. upon inspection they indicated no breaks were needed at this time on front or back! Saving us a lot of money that we did not need to spend. They will forever have our business.”

“I had long known the fine Pashby family but just recently had the opportunity to bring a real problematic older car in to the shop. A car that had sat too long and had multiple issues.I found them to communicate well, assure that each step of the extensive needed work was approved, and they ultimately took care of everything. I know that Jason would be proud of how Candice has carried on the business after his untimely departure to Heaven. I think that ladies might well be nervous about bringing cars into shops sometimes, but they might feel better if they knew a wonderful lady owns and runs this one? Most tow companies run two hour wait times. These guys got to me in less then 20 mins. Which is unheard of with most tow companies. “Usually change my own oil but I've got a busy week ahead and decided to just swing through here this morning. Was a great experience and quality service all around. It wasn't very busy at all and the weather was nice so I'm sure that it's frustrating at times when customers show up and there is a long line, but the guys working today do a great job and didn't attempt to upsell me on anything and were knowledgeable and friendly. Brough my own drain plug because I knew mine was getting stripped and they went the extra mile to check for any oil leaks and answer my questions about what the area looked like after the visual inspection. Also heard them give some solid advice to a lady that got her oil change in a FIAT that had some serious mechanical issues.”

Even though they ran into some unexpected issues, she was very good about letting me know the problems, so patient answering all my many questions, and just in general keeping me updated. “First time dealing with Gateway tire and auto today. I was particularly impressed because the two young ladies at the front desk were very enthusiastic and very helpful. I have been buying tires from Walmart for the last three decades, and when we moved to Memphis. We’ve just got really really really bad service from Walmart. I bought one tire today. I was in at the time they quoted to me, and the price was very reasonable. I’ll be going back in the next week or two to get the rest of my tires done and get in alignment. I’m bump to five stars if they do an awesome job on the alignment always had issues in the past with Pep Boys.”
