“The food was great. I wish the staff was a little more helpful. My wife and I walked in, keep in mind it’s our first time at an IKEA, and we saw a counter selling food. I asked them if they had the meatballs and they said “no, we only have hotdogs today. They sell frozen ones further in the store.”
We didn’t know there was a bigger food court in the middle of the store, so we ended up getting a few hot dogs. Then as we shopped we stumbled across the full sized restaurant. We then proceeded to order a plate of meatballs.
I wish they would have told us about the restaurant further in, we could’ve saved some money and room in our bellies for the real food.”

“Would be a 5 star but they sold us a sectional couch that doesn’t clip or attach together so it’s basically 3 separate pieces and we had to order parts off Amazon to connect the couch’s together. We called and told them it doesn’t connect together but they said that their moving guys and us are liars and it does connect together. I would suggest anyone buying couches inspect that before buying because ours 100% doesn’t connect together.”

“Doug at the La-Z-Boy store in Memphis was the most patient salesperson as we went from set to set trying to find the perfect set for us. He is very knowledgeable of the La-Z-Boy line and was able to answer all of our questions. We haven't received our order yet so this review is based solely on our experiences in the store.”
