I explained to Shelly why I hated my old mattress and that it sunk in no matter where you were at on the bed. She knew exactly what I was talking about. I appreciate her honesty and openness when helping me find a mattress. I went to a few other furniture stores and I knew instantly that I would be coming back to her. She recommended the same mattress that she uses and let me tell you...I don't have to fight to get out of a sunken bed anymore! Her customer service skills are excellent.I cannot leave out Derek of the review. He personally delivered my mattress set the same night, after finding out the delivery crew was getting off work. I was skeptical at first because the mattress came in a box. I had never seen that before, but I told him that I'd trust the process. The set up was simple and finished in a timely manner. He was courteous and even broke down the box for me to recycle.Overall, I had a great experience with Memphis Furniture and an even better night's rest on my new Ashley king size mattress!”

I’ve bought a futon bed made of pine with matching dresser which I still have. I bought that over 10 years ago. My son bought a cherry bunk bed. They had a great sale on everything. 60 per cent off! Matt was working, had me try out several mattresses and pillows and I purchased on the spot. He knows the products well. I will have it delivered in a few days. I left a happy customer!”
