“A few days ago I stopped by and spoke with Brian Sims about my vehicle. I told him that my brakes were sticking and he said it was a front brake hose collapsing. Ordered both hoses and went to Jim Karas Nissan for service. Told them the same thing and they said it’s the brake master cylinder. Charged me $621 and the problem was still there. They (Jim Karas) said brake hoses don’t collapse. My buddy referred me to Eagles Auto Repair and they installed both front hoses and problem fixed. If you have questions or concerns about your auto, reach out to Brian at O’Reilly’s. Top service, nothing but the best. Seems that type of service is missing today, especially at Jim Karas Nissan on Covington Pike?.”

“Attendant was very knowledgeable and helpful, especially once the manager stopped interupting to push him to go outside to help some other guest who came in after I had. I was only there for about 10 minutes total but had some questions so I could get the correct parts. He looked at my engine and confirmed what I needed and shared very helpful information on installation. Spent around $200 and it was well worth it to save me what would have been much more in labor and parts if a mechanic did the work! Thanks O'Reilly's”

“Brought my battery in to see if i could put it on the charger, the friendly staffer put it on and 30seconds later it said bad battery. I said i would be back on thursday to buy a new battery could i leave this battery as the core charge? They said sure ,wrote me a receipt,and i was on my way. In and out with no hassle.
