Seldomly, to not having the parts needed and seems they're always having me go to their other stores...My mechanic suggested I stop getting the "run arounds" from A.Z and try O'Reilly.I have never been redirected to O'Reilly's other stores because their parts always seem to be available.I also love the shorter lines and wait time. This place is great and evidently under-rated. But in many cases, less is more.Keep up the great work guys! Love it. ?”

“The only reason I'm not giving this store 5 stars could be considered a little petty but was something that felt lacking in professionalism. I stopped by to get some tools and accessories to do an oil change on my car as well as change my spark plugs. They had what I needed and the associate who helped me was by and large very helpful. What rubbed me the wrong way was an unnecessary comment that the aforementioned associate made about my first name. One could say that I'm being unnecessarily sensitive but my rebuttal would be that since I as a customer in no way disrespected the associate, it was completely unnecessary for him to disrespect me. Simply maintaining basic professionalism would have mitigated the whole situation.”

“Great experience!! Short story, serpentine belt broke into pieces, with 300 miles still to get home on the interstate. Store was 3 miles away and closed in 10 minutes, made it in time to get a belt but then noticed that I also needed an idler pulley and were nice enough to open back up, and had all the needed tools and parts. Saved the vacation!! Didn't get the names of the staff, but thank you for taking time out of the end of your day, I know their was something better to be doing than a helping hand.”

“I didn’t know Batteries Plus replaced watch batteries. I called several places and couldn’t believe what cost to replace a watch battery. I just happen to think about Batteries Plus since I gotten a battery for my alarm sensor. I called and what you know that replace watch batteries…way cheaper. I visited the Cordova store and the young was helpful, pleasant, and patience. I never go anywhere else for this again. They sell anything associated/uses a battery.”
