“I have lived at this apt for about 2 years and I honestly do enjoy the apt .I have a 2 bed 2 bath 1330 a month with fees , higher because I am downstairs , if I moved up a floor def be cheaper but I enjoy the convenience & I have absolutely no bugs other than the usual knats but no big roaches like I've had in prev apts, ever! the maintenance is always sufficient and if I'm having problems with my air its always fixed with 24-48hrs- no problem, I cant say the same for other apts in Cordova , the pool is also nice and the employees in the office were very flexible with my move in dates and rates , I'd say the only con i have would be having to take our trash to the front of the apt , there are no dumbsters around the complex , I heard maybe once instance of a crime , someones car got broken into but since then the gate is always closed plus that was about Sept 2024 its Sept 2025 now . I can say for the price its worth It”

“Haven’t moved in YET. But I can say that our leasing consultant Imogene Campbell was the BEST! She was so sweet, kind and gentle. She even gave my 2 year old jello from her lunch bag. Would highly recommend speaking to her if you’re looking to move!!”
