“We had a flat tire 5 miles from Cookeville, and every tire place was closed. After getting our donut on and procuring a tire from Walmart (per Johnny’s wonderful advice and instruction), Johnny met us in a truck stop parking lot and helped us get the new tire on our rim. He was quick, kind, communicative, fairly priced, and basically saved our day! Would highly recommend him especially if you’re in a pinch!!”

“I’m a regular Sam’s shopper and a Plus member. Although I recommend Sam’s I do not recommend their tire center. Went there today to get a tire plugged (mail in center tread). I knew I needed new tires but looked online and tire I wanted was not available. I thought I’d order new tires and get nail hole plugged to hold me over. Sam’s refused to plug the tire because it needed replaced. They said it wasn’t safe. I asked was it safer to send me home with a nail in the tire and they replied “I guess so”.”

“I had a flat tire Saturday night and it was nonrepairable. Firestone is the only tire shop open on Sunday anywhere close to me. Luckily they had a tire in the size I needed in stock. My wait was a little longer than I expected but they were busy and were short staffed on this day. Their service was great and they kept me well informed of what they were doing. It was worth the wait! There was another family who pulled in while I was waiting. They cut a tire on the interstate in the middle of a long road trip. Without Firestone being open they would have really been in a bind. Thank you for being open on Sundays!”
