I’ve came in multiple times while Heather has been running 2 offices on her own, been extremely busy, and she still manages to get what the others need done as well as me all in a timely manner and correct, even with her baby with her. He’s definitely a joy to see when I go in. I’ve not talked to the agent in awhile, and that’s fine because she knows what she’s doing and if she doesn’t have an answer she gets me one quickly.
