I’ve came in multiple times while Heather has been running 2 offices on her own, been extremely busy, and she still manages to get what the others need done as well as me all in a timely manner and correct, even with her baby with her. He’s definitely a joy to see when I go in. I’ve not talked to the agent in awhile, and that’s fine because she knows what she’s doing and if she doesn’t have an answer she gets me one quickly. I’d stay with this company solely for her, alone. Megan has just recently came back and I was glad to hear it after having the other girl mess up a few things that Heather fixed.
