“ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I was traveling through TN in Oct. 2023 and my battery light came on in Cookeville, TN. I got off the highway and pulled into Advance Auto. They checked and my fairly new alternator was bad. I put it on so I decided to take that one off and put on the new one. When I carried the bad one in they told me it wasn’t one of their brand. Confused, I went out and checked the glovebox and found the receipt from one of their competitors. THEY GAVE ME A RIDE DOWN AND BACK TO GET THE REPLACEMENT!!! And eventually when they weren’t so busy a young man came out and helped me finish up the installation. Thank goodness good people like this still exist in small town America!!! If you are in or around Cookeville, TN and need auto parts and good service, this Advance Auto is the place to go.”

“These people deserve all 5 stars and MORE for the work that they done on my car!2012 Camaro 2SS/RS, inferno orange - Hit a deer awhile back and it put a hole in the front bumper cover and possibly some other little nicks in places. Erie told me they're a direct repair shop, so I decided to give them a try and BOY am I glad I did!From the moment I came in, I felt great about the experience. The gentleman that helped me came out and took a look at the damage, explained everything clearly and helped me set up a date to come and drop the vehicle off.When I picked the car up, I was blown away because not only was the work/paint flawless for the bumper cover, the interior/exterior were washed/detailed.Can't say I've been to any other body shops for work around Cookeville, but after what they've done, I won't need to look around in the future because I'll already know where I'm going!”

“I had to slow leak in one tire. I stopped off at a name brand tire repair shop and was told that my tires were too old, not worn, just too old to be worked on and that they wanted to replace all of my tires for a bit over $800. I immediately left there and came to Aenon Auto. The fellow looked at my tire, immediately saw a metal object in the tire, took it into the shop and did the repair. I wasn't there more than 45 minutes, was charged a very reasonable amount of money for the repair. I left there feeling very good. I thank them a lot for helping me out and saving me well over $780. I know that sounds ridiculous , and almost a fabrication , but that really did happen . I will be going there again for my repairs.”
