Service was excellent. Personnel were friendly to this husband in despair. Just recently lost my wife to cancer. The assistance and sympathy expressed was welcomed and appreciated. Recommend to anyone who has banking needs.

I have tried over and over to talk with a person in Customer Service and I keep being put on hold. I just don’t think they can be that busy! That’s one reason I am thinking about changing banks!

I walked in the bank and no one even acknowledged me. Workers walking around with plates and brownie pan. Looking me straight in my face and never asked how I could be helped or if I was waiting on anyone. This branch seems to only have their favorites they talk too. Three people walked right passed me and they were greeted and help ASAP. I waited 15mins before Brenda says sorry for yr wait. Which by then I walked up to her desk. Poor business. I've been with this bank for over 10yrs but only dealt with two other locations. I will never come back to this location again.....

One of the last hometown banks that has been around as long as I can remember.Come to find out this bank is changing hands..Its being bought out by a big bank and just like that there goes our last small bank in town.
