Had unknown charges on my card. Was close to quitting time but still they helped me out.

I have tried over and over to talk with a person in Customer Service and I keep being put on hold. I just don’t think they can be that busy! That’s one reason I am thinking about changing banks!

Really nice people, was actually in the process of buying my first car on a lot when I went in for the first time and the lady at the desk just made me feel really welcomed!!
