“I took my Lexus to the Collierville Gateway despite some negative reviews I saw because I have never had an issue at other Gateway locations. My issue was a very strong pull to the right when driving. I figured something was damaged with the suspension or I needed new struts. I dropped the car off early Saturday morning and they were so nice explaining what they would do. Within a couple hours they called and said I had a bad tire. That was it. I so appreciated their honesty and integrity when they could have easily taken advantage of me and I would have never known. Many shops would have. Also I was only charged $35 for the diagnosis when a lot of shops are charging 4-5 times more. In my mind they'd stock just went up dramatically and I will definitely return to this location.
