“Rooms are smallish, clean, and a tad dated, but for the price it's a decent deal. Bathrooms are tiny, but the showers have great water pressure. Wifi leaves much to be desired but if all you want is a bed to sleep in for the night it's up your alley. I did not see a single bug or roach the entire time I was here.Rooms: Smallish and dated, but very clean.”
“EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Especially from Samantha at the front desk, she was very nice and professional. The location was great, lots of restaurants nearby and felt very safe. I read other reviews for other hotels in Memphis that mentioned cars getting broken into and stolen. So it gave us a lot of peace of mind knowing this hotel had an over night security guard in the parking not The room was nice but I will say the carpet looked a little older. Overall a fantastic stay, and our family stay there again if we ever travel back to Memphis.”
“I was worried about how it would look because of the price, but it was a very nice hotel! Don't let the price fool you. It was a great rate for the one night I needed. Beds were comfortable, shower was amazing, and I had a fridge, flat top, and microwave. There's no dishes, but I was shocked that this was included for the price.Hotel and rooms did not look dated either. I was completely and pleasantly surprised.”

“A really solid hotel in South Germantown. Very safe and nice location which is great to see, parking is well maintained and securely guarded so it should be safe for your vehicle. We stayed 3 nights and thought the room was excellent.
Safety: Area seemed nice, safe and lots of police. Parking was very well guarded and secured.
Food and drinks: No breakfast included which was a shame. Also no water fountain for guests to use.”

Small problems might be there but they expressed more emotionally mostly if you look at the life in general,all have too much problems in life who just freaking out for small thing
Life is full with problems but if you don’t see 10 million good things in hotel
Or in places or in person but only 1 small thing all point out so please please

Solve immediately and never have problems but this is 10 star hotel but we can not rate more then 5 star so let’s count the 10 star from me please , come and you will never disappoint

“Staff was excellent! We had booked a suite to accommodate 2 adults and 5 kids. When we arrived, Mr Shaw informed me that the AC had quit working in one of the bedrooms. He then informed me that he had moved us to two rooms that were adjoining, but at a lesser rate. Phenomenal customer service!! Breakfast was great and the best I have had at a hotel with free breakfast. Seemed more home cooked.
Food & drinks: Breakfast was phenomenal. Betty really took time to make the meal taste more home made.”
“This Hotel needs a renovation fast !!! The staff is absolutely amazing!! But the hotel is needs improvement. The rooms are extremely old and the elevator makes a weird noise . Honestly I wouldn’t say the hotel is awful just need a renovation asap !!!!”

Rooms: Rooms have a fridge and microwave as well as a Keurig.
Nearby activities: About 20-30 minutes from Beale St and Graceland.
Walkability: Ikea is across the street along with a Kohl's and a Dicks Sporting and a Cheddar's restaurant.
Food and drinks: Hotel has a bar and restaurant as well as a market. Drinks were good and not too expensive for a hotel bar.”

“It is a great hotel; we have stayed here many times. It's newer and always spotless, and it's in a safe area. The breakfast is excellent, The only complaint I have is that they need to upgrade the hand carts that you use to carry up your luggage. They are very cheap and are about to fall apart. They look like they belong at a Motel 8. Despite that, we will still come back.”
