I don’t feel size shamed or the need to compare myself to anyone. I truly feel like I can get what I need to be the best version of me. I seriously can not do everything and I have to modify and they are perfectly fine with that. This is a good place to be and I recommend trying it out. At this time my weight has not really changed but I have more energy (post covid) and my pants are a little looser. They have worked with me and I couldn’t be happier.”

“It’s my first time going to a kickboxing class and I LOOVVEEEE IT! Coaches are very friendly and the atmosphere there is positive/great. You can experience different classes with different trainers but all of them are amazing. I am having SO much fun. The price is extremely reasonable and super worth it. They also gave me a discount as a student. Everything is so so cool ??Just an update after a month. I had to leave because I moved from Collierville. I lost 5lbs and I start seeing changes in my 1st month there. I still think everything that I said when I started. All the trainers were fantastic, but I would mention that Bob was THE BEST, he gave us 2 short breaks (1 min each) and he focused more on stomach exercises (the one I needed the most) and his energy was so so cool. Again, I loved that I found this place.”
