“The repairs to my vehicle were done professionally and to my satisfaction. All the agents I spoke with and came in contact with were professional and informative as to what repairs were to be completed. I received a call 8 days after they had my vehicle recapping what had been completed and the repair upcoming. After 14 days I called and was told my vehicle would out by the computer estimate on Oct. 17. Almost one month! After expressing concerns with that, my vehicle was ready and picked up on Oct. 6. “We were on a girls trip to Knoxville when our car started experiencing issues, we rolled into Case auto repair at 3:30 when they close at 4:00. We explained the issues and said we understood if he couldn’t help us because he was about to close. He immediately ran diagnostics on it, found the issue and went to look for parts. After finding out he didn’t have the parts, he CALLED an auto shop near by and had parts delivered in 15 minutes. About an hour of work later, the car was repaired and the girls trip was saved. Thank you Rob for staying open, letting us ladies hang out in the shop, and running a wonderful honest business. You made this trip happen!”

“I am a single lady and needed a little help to check my oil. I had already checked it myself, but wanted to make sure I was right. I first went to AutoZone on East Brainerd Rd. I told the guy there that I had checked it, but would he recheck it for me. He looked at me and said, you said you checked it, I said, never mind and left. I drove across the street to Advanced Auto Parts. Bill was very kind and helpful. He checked my oil, showed me the dipstick and told me to try and get an oil change this week.
