I was working with salesman Alex Hamby and he was excellent at answering questions and working with me on price. We were able to work the whole deal out over the phone/text. I was so glad I didn't have to do the typical hours long song and dance like at most other dealerships and they never tried to pressure me to come into the store before the deal was made. He even picked me up from the airport when I flew in to sign the paper work and pick up the car. He was a true professional through and through. The rest of the employees I interreacted with, like Nacho the finance manager, were also very pleasant to work with and we had a good conversation about the local area and he offered several food recs I'll have to try if I'm back in the area. “Just bought my first car in a decade and Malcolm made me feel at ease throughout the process. We went Monday night and were pretty sold on a QX60. After sleeping on it, I wasn’t sure and Malcolm was very patient. I went back Tuesday and ended up buying a QX50 from Malcolm instead. The test drive experience was great and I loved that I didn’t feel pressured once I backed out on the first one. “We were on a girls trip to Knoxville when our car started experiencing issues, we rolled into Case auto repair at 3:30 when they close at 4:00. We explained the issues and said we understood if he couldn’t help us because he was about to close. He immediately ran diagnostics on it, found the issue and went to look for parts. After finding out he didn’t have the parts, he CALLED an auto shop near by and had parts delivered in 15 minutes. About an hour of work later, the car was repaired and the girls trip was saved. Thank you Rob for staying open, letting us ladies hang out in the shop, and running a wonderful honest business. You made this trip happen!”
