“We have been searching for a vehicle for months and had spoken to several dealerships and searched every website that exists. We were getting very frustrated with our findings or lack there of. I saw several postings on social media for TradeUp and had some communication with them regarding a few vehicles. To be honest I was hesitant to move forward out of uncertainty. Well on Friday I was contacted by Bailey from the Cleveland dealership and just his ability to explain how their process works put me at ease slightly. I went forward with the application which was very straightforward and easy to complete.. Bailey scheduled our appointment for Saturday afternoon, Brandon the owner reached out a short time later and informed us that we could come in sooner if we wanted so we wouldn't have to spend our day waiting. To be honest I was still apprehensive going to the dealership and getting the same treatment we had in our past car purchases. I wasn't looking forward to dealing with the salesman needing to "check with their manager" "check with finance" and the basic runaround that many of us are use to in dealing with a normal dealership. We arrived at the dealership and were met by Bailey and immediately we were on our test drive. The vehicle was absolutely as advertised, even better than expected. We came back to the office and sat with Bailey who presented the specifics of our purchase. Literally the only thing we had to do was apply and email our paystubs. The deal was exactly what we needed. No "sales manager" seriously no hassle at all. We found that TradeUp was not a "Normal" dealership, TradeUp is not typical. They are remarkable in how they work with their customers. Bailey spoke to us as people not just customers. I absolutely encourage anyone who is in the market for a vehicle to go to TradeUp and see for yourself that they are truly different. Don't be like me and wait and allow for past experiences to influence you in missing a great opportunity. This was the best car buying experience that we've ever had. The entire process was so comfortable. The vehicles are amazing and very clean. We are beyond thankful to Bailey, Brandon and the entire TradeUp company. I will not purchase another vehicle from another dealership.”

“Every aspect of my visit to Southside met, or exceeded my expectations. I was looking for a low cost, quality car on a very tight budget. I wasn't expecting much, but they really shined. I spent the first half of my day going from shadier lot to shadier lot. Salesmen actively lied to me and tried to hide things from me. I only had $3k to my name and most places only wanted to talk to me if I wanted to finance a much more expensive car. Chris had three cars on his lot for me to choose from. He was up front about any problems (none had dealbreaking issues) and was very willing to work with me on price. Despite the fact that his business is directly attached to a finance company, never once did he say... "How bout we have you talk to a loan officer". Post test-drives and high on the experience we went to 5 other lots that afternoon, each less promising than the last. Late in the day I contacted them to show interest in the car I eventually purchased. Despite the darkening sky, the salesman allowed me to take his car to my personal mechanic. This is something two other places absolutely refused. By the time my mechanic had completed the inspection (only minor cosmetic and mechanical issues reported, nothing that would detract from the life of the vehicle) I dropped off the car and contacted the sales associate via his personal cell phone. We talked terms, make a verbal agreement, and the following morning I spent 10 pleasant minutes in his office signing paperwork and then drove away in my new dream hooptie. (Their candy dish was top notch. A charms sucker AND a bit o honey.) Their reception staff was also quite friendly and remembered who I was by voice... that's something you don't see much. I don't expect this car to be perfect. But it's a cut above all other cars I saw that day. Thank you Chris.”
