“I was nervous. My 17yo and I were on our way home to PA from the ball fields in Dalton, GA when our car had other plans. It was a Sunday so mechanics were not open and we were in a tough spot. After I spoke with Phillip from PepBoys I immediately had them tow my car 30 minutes to the PepBoys on Gunbarrel Rd in Chattanooga, TN. James, our tow truck driver was great!! He came super fast and was personable! We talked about the Smoky Mountains and softball. He was great!! Highly recommend. (I hope I have his name correct.)”

“While traveling back to Georgia from Tennessee, my starter had went out on my truck when I stopped to gas up. Called AAA, but since it was a Sunday evening, they couldn't find a services provider until the next morning. When they did, they referred me to Norris towing and Joe was the technician that came out to assist. He was over 45 minutes earlier than the scheduled time of arrival. Joe was very polite, professional, and curious ( a true gentleman). He got me hooked up and towed me to a garage to get my car fix (Hoss Automotive).
