“While traveling back to Georgia from Tennessee, my starter had went out on my truck when I stopped to gas up. Called AAA, but since it was a Sunday evening, they couldn't find a services provider until the next morning. When they did, they referred me to Norris towing and Joe was the technician that came out to assist. He was over 45 minutes earlier than the scheduled time of arrival. Joe was very polite, professional, and curious ( a true gentleman). He got me hooked up and towed me to a garage to get my car fix (Hoss Automotive). For the people complaining you literally have the paperwork in front of you and it's your responsibility to make sure it's accurate before you leave. If you don't say anything and dispute it then it's your own fault for leaving with something that is wrong and not accurate.”
