“Extremely clean rooms! Friendly, helpful staff. Coffee machine in the lobby is a nice amenity. Breakfast staff very engaging, good selection waffles, eggs sausage, bacon, biscuits, gravy, fruit, yogurt, cereal etc. Only negative, hotel is kinda noisy, we could hear lots of other people's conversations in our room, along other with hotel noises that eere electrical in nature cycling off and on.
Rooms: Updated and very clean.
Safety: Seems like a very safe area.”

“A nice stay at a pretty good hotel. We had to go to a wedding nearby and stayed here. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was quiet even though there were lots of people there. The pool was a bit small although we didn't use it. Decent breakfast that had waffles, eggs, sausage and bacon. Would definitely stay there again.”

“I enjoyed my 3 day stay at the Clarion Inn in Cleveland TN. The rooms are clean and spacious and beds are very comfortable. The room was equipped with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. There was also a hair dryer and ironing station which made things a little easier. Everything was quiet and the location was minutes away from restaurants and shopping. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool is clean and open for the season. I would definitely stay again.”

“I had to stay in Cleveland for work on the night of Friday, Oct 25th, 2024. Shortly before I arrived there I became EXTREMELY sick. I was very worried at how sick I was. I went to the front desk shortly after checking in and spoke to Leyna (and feeling a little embarrassed for sharing my sickness issues with her) but I wanted to make sure that if something were to happen to me that she had my daughters contact info. This sweet lady went WAY above and beyond for me. Not only did she ensure me that if anything happened she would absolutely contact my daughter, she also tried to share her lunch with me and offered to come to my room periodically to check on me! That is service that is so rare these days and I believe God has her right where she needs to be! If I ever find myself in need of a hotel in Cleveland again this will ABSOLUTELY be my first and only choice. Thank you LEYNA for being the absolute best person ever!
