“Just stayed in room 1029 for 5 days and everything was great. Beautiful room, super clean, staff was great, but being a person that has set tile in the past knows that the tile in shower needs some attention. Specifically the top cap is coming loose from the tile curb. Also the shower door screws have come loose on the hinges of the shower door. Lastly please have some one scoot the toilet paper holder closer to the toilet pretty far away.Rooms: Seemed luxurious.”

“Rooms are renovated in the tower and are nice, but awkward to share as the bathroom didn't lock and had glass doors. Also can totally see thru the shade so across the way got a nice show.Service is excellent. Everyone was so nice and went out of their way. Location is clean and awesomeFood & drinks: The hotels restaurant is a must try. Bring your wallet. Leave full.”

“This is a very cool hotel! It's charming with all of the mid century decor touches from the 50s and 60s. It appears that so much thought went into each and every detail of every room. The room I stayed in was large with a nice large comfortable bed. The service is amazing as well. They walk you to your room and your key is ready in your room. The one thing I would say somewhat negative, but it's also part of the charm, is do not stay here if you are a light sleeper. While I didn't have any problems sleeping, you can hear everything in the room next to you like it is happening in your room. I heard their alarm go off, I heard them drop their toiletry top on the floor. The floors also creak with every step.”

“You have to pay for parking, I don't get our much but still I have never stayed at a hotel that didn't provide parking! I feel like it should be included in price. It's parking is confusing also because they are joined with Scotties Restaurant. The easiest thing to do is to drive up and get the valets to park for you it costs 11$ and then you can have to parking added to your room bill.Rooms: They were great, no concerns.Food & drinks: The breakfast area is very kaotic and does not have much variety.”

“Rooms: ?? beautiful — every single person who works here makes this place so amazingNearby activities: Everything! Take your pick. Very walkable fun.Safety: Very safe, and I’m sure someone would help or walk with me if I needed it.Walkability: Get out and about here! You can’t walk a block without something useful or interesting.Food & drinks: They put a lot of effort into what they do. They try and succeed. Love everything about this spot and the people who devote themselves to the work here.Noteworthy details: The people who work here make this happen. They are devoted and make sure to bring a mix of processionalism, and socializing to the space. I love it.”

“This place was very clean and quiet. It looked updated and well maintained. There were a few places in our room that could have used some fixing (a spot on the ceiling in the shower where paint was pealing and water damage brown spot on wall behind shower head), but overall a good place to stay. Front desk service was very friendly and helpful. They were quick and efficient in check-in and check-out. The only real negative was the bed. The mattress were very uncomfortable. I generally enjoy a firm mattress, but this was like a brick.”

“This place has rooms that's are full apartments. Seriously walked into a dream room! Full Kitchen, master bedroom with private bathroom that has a shower in it. Then a 2nd bedroom. Full bath in hallway. Both king beds! One of the nicest places I've stayed. With the price it was a steal. I will stay here again! The artwork is perfectly picked for this place. There's a foosball table, ping pong and a few other games in the lobby. There's also games and books in the rooms. I could go on but I don't think I do it justice. Very close to downtown activities. The only complaint I'd have is no TVs in the bedrooms. It was okay because I brought my laptop but it was inconvenient.Nearby activities: Aquarium was in walking distance. There's a lot of life in town.”

“I had the absolute worst experience on this property that I have ever had at any hotel. I called ahead of my arrival to request that fresh linen and a comforter be placed on the bed. I arrived and there were stains on the sheets, and I called the front desk for new ones. They bought up 2 flat sheets and no fitted sheet. I called again and requested a fitted sheet, and they bought up a queen fitted sheet that did not fit the bed. My family was showered and ready for bed at this point. I had to get dressed and go down to the front desk and tell them they gave me to wrong sized sheet. They then gave me a king sized fitted sheet, and I took it upstairs and started to dress the bed. As I unfolded the sheet, THERE WERE INK STAINS ON THE SHEET. I took that sheet downstairs and asked if this was the “Double tree” standard. I was told that sometimes guests leave ink pens in their pocket and it gets on the sheets, but the sheets were clean so it’s ok. I asked for another sheet, and that one was finally stain free. Two calls, two trips downstairs, 3 flats sheets, and 2 stained fitted sheets was not worth the nights rest that I got here.”

“Fantastic service all around, but especially from the valet. Connor saved the start of my marathon by offering to run the gear I didn't need to my car so I wouldn't need to run it back up to my room. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.Rooms: Very stylish and modernNearby activities: Easy walk to several options for activities and eventsWalkability: Easy walking”

“The location was great, and the rooms were in good shape and clean. There are plenty of midnight snacks at the welcome desk, including beer and wine. Breakfast and lunch were awesome for my whole stay. I didn't do any dinners, but I'm sure that would have been delicious as well.Rooms: Ample room, socked will everyday.Nearby activities: There is plenty to do and see nearby. Lookout Point Mountain, where you can see seven states from the same point on the mountain. Beautiful views and a full array of different restaurants to choose from, Mexican, Thai, Indian, Mediterranean, and American. You can also enjoy a horse and buggy ride around the city.Safety: I walked everywhere and never once did I feel unsafe. Very polite and friendly people.Walkability: At least 30 restaurants within walking distance. Also, an Aquarium to enjoy and a baseball stadium.”

“Great experience overall but the shower could stand to have more water pressure and the hot water in the shower really isn't hot but warm. I would definitely stay here again because that's not a deal breaker, and the staff and service is phenomenal.”

“We’ve stayed here twice and have enjoyed our experience both times! This hotel is very clean, close to all the fun in downtown Chattanooga. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is stocked with name brand essentials and plenty of towels. The staff is always very kind and the continental breakfast is exceptional.Nearby activities: Close to beautiful downtown Chattanooga!”

“The service here needs improvement. There has been occasions we're unable to have access (in/out) to all four doors. Management would be aware and choose to fix the broken door at a very slow rate. And what make matters worse by not putting up a sign saying/warning others the door is not fixed. However, there's sign posted throughout the building at one point about placing a rock to prop the door open, front desk watching the camera and possibly be fined by doing so. This is Not an Example of Great customer service! To know you don't have full access to the building.Front desk temporarily closed during hours of operation some of time without "will be back" posted noted. The card reader doesn't work on the new vending machine. Most snacks inside are bite size but affordable!Positive NoteCleaning crew is good! Clean floors, rooms, laundry room, lobby and trash cans are pulled almost everyday.Woodsprings on Lee Highway is best extended stay on this end.Update: back door still doesn't work”

“LOVED staying here!Beautiful and UPDATED rooms and grounds. Workout room was clean and had great equipment - has a Peloton!Noise levels inside and outside aren’t bad at all - pretty quiet in general.Very happy and will stay here again! One weird thing is the breakfast isn’t complimentary…you have to pay $17 for a buffet style normal hotel breakfast…very strange.”

“Hotel rooms in TN have a high tax relative to other states in the region. So hotels here will always cost more. That said, if you are looking for the less expensive option in this area that will take pets for a reasonable fee (16/ea), this is your best bet. It barely costs more than the others in the same price range, but is much better quality. Furniture all looks pretty new, room/towels/linens clean, no sketchy activity around, and very nice lady working the desk. I feel like the negative reviews are unfairly comparing this to hotels that cost twice as much as this. I would actually give this place 5 stars ****relative to the other options in the same price range in this area**** except the wifi doesn't work.”

“Exceeded expectations across the board! Would be happy to stay here again. We stayed here Nov 10-12, 2023We were immediately impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the staff and that continued when we arrived at our room! It wasn't huge, but was plenty of space for the two of us. It appears to have had a recent remodel/update -- the pillowtop mattress appeared to be new, as did the fixtures in the bathroom. It was clean and bright and felt very safe and secure. The room also included a microwave and mini-fridge.Being conveniently located right next to I-24, there was some road noise on that side of the building. However, since I always sleep with a white-noise machine on it didn't bother us.The breakfast bar was great! Hot and cold options, multiple proteins, juices, creamers, breads, etc. LOVED the blueberry waffles! The staff showed an extra-and-above level of thoughtfulness by changing the channel on the dining room tv from news to kid-friendly when littles were around, and then back when they left. This wasn't a one-day fluke, nor a particular parent's request--they did it both days we were there, for different kiddos, apparently without being asked. We didn't realize our room included a mini-fridge since it was tucked away out of sight. We discovered it as we were packing to leave. It's not that we minded having a mini-fridge, but we would have used it if we'd realized it was there.”

“I'll cover the positives first. The hotel is in a good location, within a couple miles of everything downtown and not far from all the tourist attractions. The front desk staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast was good and had hot and cold options to please everyone.... waffles, eggs, breakfast meat, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, etc. And, it was kept well stocked during a very busy time due to a large convention involving kids going on while we were there. It would be nice if they added a second toaster cause your food got cold waiting in line to use the 1 toaster they had. The pool and hot tub were nice, but the pool towels supplied are the size of a bath mat.My negatives.....Check-in is at 3:00, our room wasn't ready till 5:15. We reserved a 2 bedroom suite, which was a really nice option so our grandkids could have a separate bedroom and their own bathroom. However, the room really needs some upgrades. The furniture is very old, outdated, and worn, and the kitchenette table legs were so wobbly I wouldn't let my grandkids sit at it. The thermostat in our room didn't work, but fortunately, it was cool enough outside that we could open the windows. The front desk did bring us a fan to use if needed. Most of the doors in the room were broke or damaged but that's just a minor complaint. Overall, we would stay here again because I love the potential that those 2 bedroom suites could have. They would be really nice with just a few minor upgrades. Also, there is no room service. It would have been nice to get clean towels during our 3 night stay, and there were no ice machines.Rooms: The 2 bedroom suite has a lot of potential with some upgrades. It was supposed to be a queen and 2 doubles but it was actually 3 double beds. Nice to have a fridge in the room and 2 bathrooms.Nearby activities: You are in close proximity to Rock City, Ruby Falls, the aquarium etc.”

“The only reason I give it a four on the room is because the first night in the room I couldn't get the TV to work and then when I went to bed and woke up throughout the night they were roaches running around on the floor. Then the nights after that was smooth sailing from there.Food & drinks: The food was pretty good but the biscuits were hard. The coffee was delicious and the orange juice wasn't the best.”

“Just passing through for the night. It was pretty good. The staff was nice. No longer serving breakfast because of COVID, but they had coffee and some quick snacks. Everything was clean. It was a quiet night, but the walls are very thin.”

“This place is so much nicer now. :) The staff is super friendly and feels like family. The rooms are super clean and nice. They're remodeling the other buildings but, the one they have open is very nice. I recommend if you want a night away or you're needing a place to stay a couple days/weeks to come check them out. They're located in an area that is walkable to several restaurants and gas stations. They have a gate around the property and security guards. :) I'll definitely be back with my family. :)Safety: They have a gate around the property and security guards.Walkability: Close enough to a couple restaurants and gas stations.”

“Great hotel for our stay traveling home from Florida. Convenient location. Clean and modern both in the room and reception. Both ladies that checked us in and out were friendly and professional. Little details like the wood burning fireplace was lit when we checked out. We had two small dogs and the room on the ground floor had a sliding patio door for convenience to let them out. We would highly recommend this hotel.”
