Andre White was super nice. It was time to close the zip line but he noticed how long my girls had been waiting to go so he let them both go a couple of times before they closed. I'm so grateful he did. My daughter was so nervous to do it and now it's her favorite. THANKS ANDRE!

This was our first time at Urban Air. We got the platinum package. The kids really enjoyed all the things they have to offer. The cafe was very clean and all the staff were very nice and helpful. We definitely will be back.
