Here's my update:Excellent selection of almost anything you want/need: even more so if it's obscure. They sell pre-owned goods, gently used but no longer needed, & seeking a new home: Like with you! :-) These are re-sale items in 'almost-new-condition,' due to the devoted Volunteers & their causes. They're eager to assist & very kind! They price items to sell, not sit dusty on shelves: A departure from other such stores in the area! THANK YOU!”

“I have shopped here for over 20 years, Ms. Shirley has been like a mother, therapist, and a best friend to me. She's seen me at my worst, my best, and everything in between. These people are like family to me, they always welcomed me with a smile and kind words. It really is the best thrift store in Chattanooga. They went up on their prices, but you are still getting a gooddeal. The quality is great, and they're very fair. I love this place! “On my way to work one brisk December morning, I realized I left my work shirt (black polo) at home! Frantic, I called Providence at 8:20 am (store opens at 9am, same time I had my first client appointment) and in hopes of asking if I might be allowed to make a purchase before my first client…A kind man obliged and let me buy a shirt 15 minutes before opening! ABSOLUTE SAVIOR of the day! Eternally grateful to the kind gentlemen who assisted me… he even went as far as to pre-browse the shirts before I arrived and picked out a selection for me to look through!!20/10 customer service today!!!!
