These people are like family to me, they always welcomed me with a smile and kind words. It really is the best thrift store in Chattanooga. They went up on their prices, but you are still getting a gooddeal. The quality is great, and they're very fair. I love this place! “On my way to work one brisk December morning, I realized I left my work shirt (black polo) at home! Frantic, I called Providence at 8:20 am (store opens at 9am, same time I had my first client appointment) and in hopes of asking if I might be allowed to make a purchase before my first client…A kind man obliged and let me buy a shirt 15 minutes before opening! ABSOLUTE SAVIOR of the day! Eternally grateful to the kind gentlemen who assisted me… he even went as far as to pre-browse the shirts before I arrived and picked out a selection for me to look through!!20/10 customer service today!!!! This home town shop is what thrift stores are supposed to be. Do not miss out on going here if you're in Chattanooga! They had a great selection of items. The women's clothes and shoes in particular had such a great variety of unique and beautiful pieces! They have bag sales and great deals on a regular basis! All the clothes were clean and beautiful. Love this store and will be back!”
