There is a kiosk where a receptionist should be. 10 mins had passed before I even saw someone who worked there. I waited 40 mins to pick up a take home test kit before leaving

30 minutes after my appointment time they told me they were unable to do one of my lab tests. Went to Quest Labs as a walk-in appointment and was seen in 10 minutes.

No one ever picks up the phone and never calls back when a message is left. Horrible customer service.
