I have been a customer of this pawnshop for over 10 years, I recently purchased a push mower at the brainerd location. It cranked up at the shop, then I left to go use the mower and it has never worked since. I hope the small profit they made off of ripping me off is worth losing a long time customer. Awful experience. I was selling an IPhone on the property was going to sell for cash and gold chain, so they could make sure it’s real & for safety. They refused my service and told us to leave the property & would not check the the chain

Honestly.. just a horrible experience. The lady that works there isn't really knowledgeable about certain products. Also she just has a rude attitude. The 3.1 star rating is too high. But it's a pawn shop
