“The salesperson was knowledgeable and when he didn't know the answer he looked it up to find it for me. He was polite and didn't rush us or press us into a purchase. He stayed focused on us the entire time and seemed like he wanted to help. There were other employees working and none of them interrupted him or tried to pull him away for some other reason. He set up a delivery date and didn't try too hard to get us to purchase an extended warranty. I am very pleased with my experience and will return when I need something.”
