Thanks to Juno for taking the time to explain discrepancies on my account!!!I guess the customer service line employees could use more training. From now on, or as long as I stay with boost, I will only deal with Juno at my neighborhood location.

Great customer service all employees are on point they know what they are talking about and has never been rude to me, every time I come here they take their time to help me with my phone. Will highly recommend this store!
