“Again , these guys have come to the aid of my son and daughter in law. They are wonderful and honest. I'm across country and am grateful I found them. AAA left my daughter in law sitting in the hot sun for 5 hours to where she was taken to the ER from the heat. Before she left in the ambulance she called them. They were there in less then 30 minutes to get my son and the car. This is the second time they have gone above and beyond to help the kids. I recommend them to everyone.”

“I have a restored, 1994 Volvo 940 Turbo wagon, which I’ve owned since it was new.
I am very particular about who works on my Volvo.
When I developed a noticeable transmission fluid leak, I took it to Tennessee Transmission on Wildwood Avenue, after seeing some Cleveland City and Bradley County owned vehicles in front for service.
I find the City and County government very efficient, and if they have their cars serviced here, I would be satisfied also.
Greg made me an appointment over the phone, and got the Volvo to them in the morning to inspect the leak.
Later in the afternoon, Greg called to report the car was repaired , and the problem was the steel transmission cooler lines did not have an appropriate flare on the ends to secure the rubber cooler line hoses and clamps.
When I picked up my car, I was told there was no charge for his services. He deemed it a quick repair, and chose not to charge me.
Besides living up to the high standards of his BBB rating, he has also earned my customer loyalty.

If you find any transmission fluid dripped onto the pavement, I can wholeheartedly assure you it didn’t come from my Volvo.
