“Brought my car to Joe for a recurring problem causing my power steering, cruise control, ABS and more to malfunction during rain storms. I had taken it to the dealer where I purchased the car but they couldn’t isolate the cause. Joe identified the problem and completed the repair. “Last Friday, while driving to Murfreesboro on 109, I noticed a loud noise and a burning smell coming from my vehicle. I quickly pulled over but couldn’t identify the issue. As I continued, the noise and smell only got worse. Thankfully, I pulled into BJ’s at closing time and met Billy, who went out of his way to help me, even though they were already closed.
Billy didn’t just address the immediate issue but made sure everything was taken care of. The next day, I returned to BJ’s for new tires and routine maintenance, and they’re even working on my other vehicle now.

New rotors and pads....They also replaced tires on our daughter's car and gave us a great price on a good set of new tires. They have gotten every job done fairly quickly with zero issues.
