“First time here, they were recommended by a friend. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I had a fluid leak, and instead of just quoting hundreds of dollars for a repair, they gave me options. When I arrived to pick up my car, they topped off the fluid reservoir and didn't charge me anything. Brian and the other two gentlemen I dealt with were friendly and courteous. I will wholeheartedly recommend these folks.”
“Awesome, amazing people. I can't stress enough that these guys (and lady) are the best. These are the kind of people that you just get drawn to and want to talk to about anything. Any issue, they will fix it (not just work on it). I went to them for 2 issues, and one of those issues was a drive shaft issue... each time, they had us in and out within an hour or two. “My next door neighbor had 2 bad tires on the front of her car she called him he gave her a price she wanted me to with her because some shops try to over charge or try to tell them that this and that's wrong with their car when we pulled up Cruz and his helper came out she told him that she talked to him earlier on the phone and they went right to work she was out in about 20 min she didn't know that Cruz didn't expect cards but he allowed her to take the car and go to the store to get cash to pay him in my book Cruz is best place to any tire that you need great prices very friendly”

“Quick & easy. We are from out of town and during our travels my heat shields bolts came undone. Most of the local shops where we were staying couldn’t get us in for weeks to fix it. “I was in Gallatin with my family for a soccer tournament today when I noticed I had a tire leak. I called Bowles because of the great reviews, and they were a locally owned company. Even though I was calling an hour and a half before they closed today, Phillip said he would work me in. Within a few minutes after I arrived they found the problem, and in about an hour I was on my way. Every person I interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and made sure I was kept informed. They are definitely a buttoned-up shop! They have a list on their sign with services offered, but don’t have the most important on that list, Customer Service.”
