“BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have had in a long time. I had a windshield wiper blade fly off while driving to a campground nearby. There were lots of rain showers that day and expected for the following day. I dropped in Jerry's and the gentleman behind the counter looked up the size blade I needed found it and walked out to my vehicle and installed it!! Blew me away that he did that. The price was very reasonable for the blade.”

“First off Austin and Chris have been amazing, anytime I call they are always eager to help and try to get me in there pretty quickly. Watching Austin grow to his current position over the years was pretty neat. “Contrary to another person’s recent rating, these people are AMAZING! They’re hardworking and genuine people!Here’s my experience:The people who read-ended me - their insurance decided to not cover all of my paint costs. However, once my I picked up my car after it was fixed, Gilbert’s provided me with invoices and documentation showing how they tried to have them pay for it multiple times. They stated that my paint was a unique color, so of course they’re going to charge more for undertones and such. They provided me with an excellent detailing while they were at it, and I couldn’t be more appreciative.”

I got a call they explained to me what they found. I had them fix it. Truck feels better the mechanic showed me the bad parts. If you need your drive line fixed you will not be disappointed. “Tonight I noticed my right headlight was out on my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Immediately wanting to get that taken care of, I went to advanced auto parts (located next to this location on Keith st), and was greeted by a guy who very clearly had no idea what he was doing. Could barely understand what he was saying; he was mumbling. he very lackadaisically looked up my car make/model/the part, proceeded to tell me it was gonna cost upwards of $700-$1000 to replace my …lightbulb? (Right). So I went to AutoZone just to get a second opinion because even though I’m a girl and clueless about cars (I’ll say it) I knew that was ridiculous. Bo @ Autozone immediately helped me and assured me that the lightbulb itself costs between $15-$100. But then he explained the pricey part can be when removing the entire front part of my car / headlight itself to access the bulb that needs to be replaced. (Still would NEVER be $700, not sure where that came from)Bo then walked out and carefully looked at my car/headlight, explained in more detail (since we were now looking at it) the whole process of removing the headlight altogether. However he told me—it IS possible to replace the light bulb yourself without doing all that; by popping the hood and going through the back of the light, but that the hole is kind of small/awkward and pretty difficult to get to, successfully unscrew it and THEN successfully put the new one in. So without hesitation, we popped open the hood and got to trying. Bo tried for a few minutes, and then I offered to help just because I had a smaller hand. They stayed there with me and helped me understand the visual of what I needed to do (considering I’m the least car person ever?) and I ended up unscrewing it! (I got very excited). Went back inside the store and bought the new bulb, and then Justice, the other gentleman working, successfully screwed it back in, and the bulb was successfully replaced! Both of them helped with this whole process, and neither of them acted inconvenienced by me especially when I was determined to unscrew it. (I’m sure they were like oh Lord there’s no way this girl is gonna unscrew it, but I could never tell they were thinking that ? for all I knew in that moment I felt like they had full confidence in me I could do it LOL)SO beyond grateful for Bo and Justice— AND they also stayed 15 minutes after closing to help complete this entire process. Couldn’t thank them enough and couldn’t recommend them enough!!!!! THANK YOU AUTOZONE!!!!!!”
“I took my Lincoln town car thought the air suspension was going out was gonna cost several hundred dollars they looked at it and it was not the problem cost me about $70. Great honest people will take my car back there for any maintenance needs.”

“I had a LineX Bedliner put in my truck 16 years ago at this Cleveland location. I have always been glad that I put in LineX rather than using any other option. After 16 years, there were a few spots showing wear. Even though new owners, the took care of the spots and it looks great. I spoke with 3 different people at the store. All were friendly and very helpful. I recommend a LineX Bedliner for any truck and this Cleveland TN location to do the work. They also have many other accessories for trucks.”
