We had some car issues while traveling and the service team fit us in quickly and took a look at our issue. They couldn't fix it on the spot but they sent the information to our dealership back home so they would be up to speed on the issue. There are multiple waiting areas with refreshments for customers.

The salesman Mr Fisher done an awesome job. The whole process was easy and they were willing to make a sale. I have to say I'm not the easiest person to make a sale too. I had to leave and go get my wife by the time I got back we walked straight in and started signing and then we were out. Good job Wallace Subaru of Bristol!

Went in for my regular oil change in my car. First time in the dealership and was very pleased with my service. Met some really nice people and discussed car stuff. Looking forward to my next appoint with them in the future.
