“This was my first time having a Pub Sub and they're delicious! I heard great things but still wondered how good a supermarket sub could be. I ordered the Italian (with extra meat) online just to have it ready when I was done shopping. It was ready even though I got there a bit early that morning and the deli staff were very kind. They also don't skimp on the toppings! This Publix had a lot more ice cream options than some of the other locations. Good quality produce. The store was clean and very pleasant to be in. The parking area was a decent size and easy to get in and out of.”

“I've had nothing but good experience with Dr Hollis. He spoke to me at length the first time I used him, about the effects of a new medication he compounded for me. I was referred to him by one of my other doctors, and glad I was. I've had them mail my meds, and picked them up in person on several occasions. I find the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. I found his prices to be very fair compared to other pharmacy's for the same medicine.”

“Most of the staff are very helpful but Mr. Dean goes above and beyond with courtesy and compassion. The only real negative we've run into is going to pick up and them being closed for lunch. I'm not sure if it's a daily thing or maybe when they're understaffed. Other than that we've always been pretty pleased with the service there.”

“Huge shoutout to Kevin for ALL his help getting my prescription filled yesterday. I'm traveling and was having a lot of trouble coordinating my doctor's office, insurance company and pharmacy to submit and approve the (right) prescription. I was running out of both my medication and patience when Kevin stepped in. Within a couple of hours, my prescription was filled and ready for pick-up. I could not be more grateful for his kindness and assistance.”

“My husband & I moved to Franklin, TN about 3 months ago. We love it & we also LOVE our Publix! Customer Service is always top notch, great selections, always clean & OMG their deli is so AMAZING! Biggest selection of Boar's Head I have ever seen. They also have pre sliced deli meat that you can grab & go. There are also lots of premade bites that you can grab & go. Thank You Publix for making life convenient & easy for me!”

“I had such a better experience here than at the Walgreens across the street, that I transferred all of my prescriptions here for them to handle. The staff here took my information and ordered a not-so-easy to get medication for me. It did take a few days, but that's true everywhere. Walgreens told me: A) I needed to pay $400 more than the prescription cost here B) that it was ILLEGAL to use my cost savings card from the manufacturer (!) and c) that if I didn't want to pay that for the med, there were ample numbers of people who would take it. Publix's staff are laid back, helpful, and know how to use their IT system, which I'm sure with all of the layers in the supply chain is not simple. I was very happy with this location's pharmacy!”

“The Rolls Royce of Krogers, the Beverly Hills of Krogers, lol - I lovvvvve coming to this location. It's not close from Franklin, there are several other Krogers in my area that are much closer... but I seriously love everything in this store. I love the light up BRENTWOOD when you walk in, and the brightness, the newness, the cleanness, they literally feel like they have everything in stock including my regular items that are usually out of stock at the others. Everything looks organized with clear price tags, the lines go quick, there's enough staff always helping out. It's all positive to me (except maybe the parking lot, lol). Love this spot, recommend it - will be back.”

“Always have gone to this pharmacy for any of my prescriptions. They're always quick to help at all times and they are the best I've seen at being on top of everything and giving prescriptions in a timely manner Yesterday had an awesome experience where I needed to fill. A prescription that came out to be quite expensive. Caitlin at the pharmacy helped me find a coupon that made the medication significantly cheaper. She went out of her way to help me and for that reason I'll always continue to come here! Thank you CVS!”

“I’ve seen they have had issues finding a full staff, so it’s to be expected some wait times have happened occasionally. You can only expect so much when it’s only two or three people back there. That being said, they’ve always been very polite and helpful with me.Also, to address a complaint another reviewer had: I have also gotten texts for a prescription being ready when they weren’t. I assume it’s an automated thing they can’t help. So I just started calling in to check if they’re ready. Easy fix on my end.”

“I needed to scan old pictures for a slideshow for a family event. I was able to look online to find the locations where I can do the media transfer. I went to the Walgreens on the corner of Nolensville Road and Concord. The gal was very helpful - showed me how touse their scanner and software application. I got all my pictures done, I think I was there for an hour and a half because I filled up two thumbdrives. This place helped me at a time when I was in a hurry and the media quality was terrific! Highly recommend”

“Its been almost a month since I gave walgreens photo my disposable camera. I've called, left my name and number multiple times, and I've heard nothing. Not even an estimated delivery date. I understand they work disposables through a 'third party source,' but that does not excuse the worker who promised me between 1-2 weeks max, nor does it explain the other workers who took my name and number, only to neglect to update me on the status of my photos. I'm past frustrated - now I'm just disappointed. Do better.”

“Fairly prompt service. Highly congenial and helpful staff. Reasonable prices. Only glitch was trying to find the entrance. Perhaps I rely too much on my GPS (which took me to the rear entrance.)No problem, a helpful staff member invited me to come through their hallway to the front.Note: I have posted a photo of the actual front entrance. lol”
