I so appreciate that this location has their ATM inside the bank right next to the tellers. It feels safer for some reason for me, as opposed to it being in the in between area where it's more secluded. Nice staff. Easy parking. No issues here!

The customer service is very slow both inside and outside. More tellers are needed! I just went through the line outside, I was third in line and had to wait for 19 minutes.

Well, I get a pretty standard banking experience here. The folks within seem pretty nice. I've used the drive-thru as well as the inside, and it works pretty well. So this bank met my expectations and did not disappoint me, so that earns three stars. Perhaps free donuts and coffee would up the score! :D
