“Jonathan Archer is by far the most knowledgeable person I've ever talked to on the VA mortgage process. He knew more about the process and options available than any Air Force 1st Sergeant, military financial counselor, military financial instructor, or loan officer I've ever talked to. I would not be surprised if Jonathan knows more about the VA loan process and regulations than most representatives who work at the VA. He was almost always able to immediately answer my questions about the lending process, VA regulations, timelines, etc.”

“I switched to Cadence Bank about 18 months ago. Previous to Cadence, I had only been with large banks. Overall I'm satisfied with my experience. Here are the benefits I've experienced: No minimum balance (or it's much lower vs other banks- like $500) or if you sign up with Direct Deposit to qualify for: Free checking Free check ordering Free Online banking Free ATM Fee refunds Free Downloads to Quicken Free bill pay (I don't use this though) But what means the most to me... The workers know my name/my wife/ and family names when I come in!! Personal touch. Quirky: -They use Discover DEBIT Cards... Haven't had an issue yet (costco, etc run it as debit (pin) even though they don't accept Discover) -Cadence has true banking hours To Be Decided: -Cadence has been buying many banks. As a result, they have more of a corporate feel than they use to but still personal feel! -They just released a new app for online banking called Fluent. Haven't used it yet. I did use their older app. Was good for basic banking info. The new one also has a "flash deposits" option. Final Verdict: All in all, I like banking with Cadence. I still have an account with Regions and really prefer the "local feel" in the Cadence Branch. All the free banking perks are nice as well. If you can handle traditional bank hours give Cadence a shot! “My bank person was Madison and she went well beyond for me has a new customer. She made me feel like I was number one when setting up my account. Time had past by and I had an issue with my account and app was locked due to changing phone numbers and phone. I tried for weeks to get it fixed at a branch and online, and it seemed like no one really cared to fix my issue. Madison was no longer at the branch and she transferred to the branch in Franklin to become the bank manager. I called her branch and she had me up an running in a few hours. I know that bank has 100’s of customer but she put me first and I felt like an MVP. Thank you Madison for a great customer experience.”

“Been banking at the cool springs location for 8 years, have never had a problem with any staff or anything! They have some slightly different security protocols than some bigger banks I've been to, but if you know what those policies are then they are extremely easy to deal with. Only complaint I have is the card fraud system can be somewhat frustrating to use sometimes.”

“I usually dread going into a band on a Friday....it's usually long lines of people needing to deposit or cash their checks and slow tellers. I had to get a cashiers check so I went into this location when I was already running errands in the area, and I'm so glad I did! I was able to walk right up to the counter. Ashley was the teller that helped me and was super helpful and kind. As I was leaving another Wells Fargo employee went out of their way to say goodbye to me. Great experience, I will be back to this location!”

“Thank you for your recent help recovering from my lost $ on credit card by a freud of other state theft. Two cases this time and before $500 also correctly repaid. Your card freud protection system is working great and you never have charged hidden fee things yet during my business and personal banking work with you over 20 years, although your loan policy is stricter than small loan banks.”

“The banking products here leave a lot to be desired and improved upon- they are a large bank that is in no way competitive in terms of savings rate or value but for this specific location the staff are friendly and show they appreciate you. I would not recommend this as a bank but if you do have an account with them, would recommend this branches staff and service.”

“My experience with this branch has been great. Everyone including Jeff the VP Dave Lambers. in investment services and Cory have been cut very customer service oriented. It's great to have a big bank with lots of resources but with a local bank feel. I have been a SunTrust customer for 18 years and I've been very happy with this branch in particular.”

“I so appreciate that this location has their ATM inside the bank right next to the tellers. It feels safer for some reason for me, as opposed to it being in the in between area where it's more secluded. Nice staff. Easy parking. No issues here!”
