Best Western Brentwood offers good value with a convenient location near Broadway, the Gulch, Gaylord, and Opryland. The beds and pillows are comfortable, rooms are clean, and the air conditioning is great. Staff at the front desk are friendly, kind, and helpful. Breakfast options are plentiful, though the food can sometimes run out and there is no elevator, with stairs to access breakfast. The parking lot is on an incline. The room features include USB ports, a roomy stand-up shower, and coffee available after breakfast. While the couch is uncomfortable, it is a very nice stay for the cost and a quiet location.
This hotel is not accessible! No elevator and even to get into the front door has steps. Do not take a wheelchair user here!

No elevator i had to carry luggage cooler and clothes up one flight of stairs and wore out from all activities.

This was the best experience I’ve had at a hotel the lady at the front desk was amazing me and my friends appreciated her so much for her kindness towards us. Everyone should stay at this hotel to visit around Brentwood and Nashville!!! Loved it and the rooms were beautiful.
