“This is one of my favorite hotels ever. The owner Nancy was awesome and took very good care of us. The rooms are immaculate and beautifully decorated. I can’t say enough great about this inn. Also a great location. I can’t wait to go back!!”

“Stayed here during work trip. Located near business offices. Easy walk to nearby food and restaurant options. About 30 minutes drive from the airport.Overall the hotel looked nice and clean but some of the stairways and hallways were not super clean. The front desk is friendly and helpful. They let me check in super early. There is fitness center, lounging areas in the lobby and outside, outdoor non heated pool, ample parking.”

“First the whole hotel smells great. The only problem is they put the light switch for the bathroom on the outside. So at night you turn on the switch and it lights up the room and wakes people. Everything else is great.”

“I Absolutely Love This Sheraton!! The rooms are recently renovated and they are absolutely gorgeous! There was Gentelman that checked us in and he was Super Awesome. He is from Mississippi, I truly enjoyed his kindness, and him making me feel special. He even said "Thank You for Being A Gold Elite Member. Loved his hospitality!!! I will revisit this Sheraton again really soon!!!Rooms: Updated they are beautiful!”

“The staff at the hotel are amazing: attentive, responsive, and very friendly. The property could use a refresh, and the rooms with two beds are tight in terms of floor space.”

“I will definitely be staying here next time I come to Tennessee. The area literally has food for everyone. Vegan, gluten-free, nut free you name it. I'm very impressed with this area. Hopefully I can get enough money to move out here but this is such a gorgeous area and honestly the people are very nice. This will be the go-to spa when I go see the cavernsNearby activities: You got the city but it's not like right in the area which is nice. I don't like too much refresh so this is good for people who are elderly, disabled, couples or people who just want to get away. I did like that. It wasn't that bombarded with children eitherSafety: The areas are nice suburban spot which is right outside the city and away from the riffraff. Honestly. It's got a little bit of country hospitality and suburban aestheticFood & drinks: There's everything around town. You got barbecue you got vegan and you even got gluten free. Honestly, I was so impressed with this area. I'm willing to move out here in the future. But first we got to wait on the market crash lol”

“Three adults stayed overnight, 20-21 December 2023. The hotel is located just off of I-65, very convenient. Occasionally heard some road noise as expected. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were friendly, kind and engaging. The included breakfast was well prepared, hot and well stocked. My only very minor complaint is that the furniture-installed outlet strips are so worn out that plugs literally fall out of them, rendering them useless for using a laptop or recharging electronics. The hotel is priced appropriately for the location and I would happily stay there again.Rooms: The room was fairly large - two queen beds, the beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The heat worked well without being too much and was quiet when running. The bathroom was large and clean.”

“Ran out of hot water in my shower after 2 min in the shower. Carpet old. Base boards stained/cracked. Had to stay here while in town for a volleyball tournament. Will never stay here againNoteworthy details: Very disappointed with the quality of this hotel”

“Front desk was very helpful and friendly. My key didn’t work and they came up and fixed the door, even replaced the lock the next morning and offered to move rooms. It could have been turned over better though. I noticed crumbs on the floor and the shampoo was out in the bathroom. Love the large kitchen with dishes and utensils.Food & drinks: No breakfast but there are snacks for purchase and the rooms have a mini stove, full fridge, and dishes/utensils. I’d pick up a few things at the Publix nearby.”

“I rented two rooms and one was for handicapped friends. All of the rooms have walk-in showers and they gave us a room on the first floor to avoid steps. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The price was lower than others in the area but the value was great. The location was ideal for us, too.”

“Stayed here while driving to FL. Font desk girls were very nice, breakfast lady also. I had a room with a king bed- very clean and comfy.Location is awesome because it is right by the highway and on the other side of the road are clothing stores and restaurants.”

“Where to begin, came to work in Nashville for two weeks, previous stayed in a lower class establishment and was treated well. My company upgraded to this dump. Breakfast was good and amenities were also good. The problems began the last four days of my stay, was in a 1st floor suite. The carpet in the hallways is worn out, faded and discolored. It snowed on the 1st day i arrived, the sidewalks were never shoveled, rock salt was put down 2 days after it snowed, on snow covered walks. The room above mine, had nightly wrestling matches or dance completions till 2 or 3 am every night for the last few days of my stay. I contacted the front desk multiple times, on multiple nights complaining about the noise. No one from the front desk ever went up to discuss the issue with the other "guests". How do i know, because the third time of each night, i asked what had been done and the response was. Well I called, what else do you want me to do.I would not stay at this location.”

“Had a family member in the hospital and this place was great. The price was amazing at $70 a night. It made a tough trip better and didn't break the bank...Rooms: The rooms were big with 2 double beds and a kitchen with full sized stove and fridge.”

“Our stay at Mainstay Suites in Brentwood, TN, had its ups and downs. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, offering a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, we encountered a minor hiccup as the clerk appeared to be asleep, causing a delay in accessing our room. On the positive side, everything else about the stay was satisfactory. I do wish they had offered a continental breakfast, but overall, it was a decent experience. Four stars!Rooms: The rooms at this extended stay hotel left much to be desired. The suite, in particular, was of low quality and fell short of our expectations. The furnishings appeared outdated and worn, and the overall ambiance was far from inviting. The lack of modern amenities and a general feeling of neglect made our stay less than enjoyable. We were disappointed by the condition of the suite and had hoped for better accommodations during our stay.Safety: measures at this extended stay suite are somewhat mixed. On one hand, there are security features like key card access to the building and individual rooms, which provide a sense of security. However, we did notice some areas of concern with door locks. While it didn't feel unsafe, we would have appreciated more consistent attention to safety details.”
