“I was in Gallatin with my family for a soccer tournament today when I noticed I had a tire leak. I called Bowles because of the great reviews, and they were a locally owned company. Even though I was calling an hour and a half before they closed today, Phillip said he would work me in. Within a few minutes after I arrived they found the problem, and in about an hour I was on my way. Every person I interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and made sure I was kept informed. They are definitely a buttoned-up shop! They have a list on their sign with services offered, but don’t have the most important on that list, Customer Service.”

“I had signs of needing brakes and Ausbrooks Auto was able to get me on their schedule quickly! —Little backstory, I bought my 2015 Altima in 2018. I’ve always had a little squeal when stopping. At the beginning, I took it to the dealership several times trying to remedy this. Never happened. They told me sometimes they just squeal. Ha! Fast forward to now… It was time for me to get new brakes. Their work is QUALITY! For 7 years my brakes have squealed, but not anymore after taking it to Ausbrooks!! Super pleased with their work. “I had a bad transmission shuttering issue on my 2019 silverado in which there was a service bulletin on that the dealership was giving me the runaround only speaking in dollars and not concerns. Joe was awesome in helping me out and did a phenomenal job repairing the issue in a timely manner and at an affordable price. This man is passionate about his work and listens to people. I will definitely go back if any other issues arrive and I highly recommend him.
