When I took my jeep to Emmett Automotive, I knew what needed to be fixed on my car and what didn't need to be fixed, and they really came through. They did not try to oversell me things, or fix things that weren't broken or take out tail lights and say they needed to be replaced (yep, those have all happened to me!).
