“Best mechanics I have ever experienced and encountered in my life of all 3 states I've ever lived in! What a life savers! My battery corroded and was not driveable. I ended up calling and even though they were busy for a few days it was well worth the wait! They had my car done within 3-4 hours and didn't over charge! “We bought a beautiful C43 today from Chris and I can't say enough good things about the experience. We showed up - he had the car brought around and handed us the keys. When we got back there was ZERO PRESSURE at all. It was a very simple negotiation on the final price. Simple financing process - car was cleaned and we were in our way. Hi was able to print a window sticker for not only the car we bought, but when I mentioned I didn't have one for my other car, he found and printed that one too. “I absolutely love German and Italian luxury cars until they need routine maintenance and/or repair. My Alfa Romero Guilia kept stalling at stop lights and most repair shops refused to look under the hood due its intricate computer system. Carlock Motorcars was the only place that was willing to service this vehicle on short notice. It needed a battery and computer update. The service department has excellent customer service and had my car running without any issues in three days- dropped it off on a Friday afternoon and it was ready for pickup on Monday. They even washed my car, it was so clean and shiny. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I've been twice and had a great experience both times. I was fascinated by the car show room floors and price tags that I forgot to check-in, both times. I will highly consider doing business with them when I am ready to trade in/switch up for newer model.”

“This is by far the best dealership I've ever been to. I was worried that when I showed up to my scheduled appointment, I would have to deal with the typical pushy salesman experience, but I was pleasantly surprised. I spent 3 and a half hours with Sam just talking about these luxury vehicles they have for sale and the history behind some of their brands. I originally showed up interested in the Maserati Ghibli even though I knew I wasn't in any position to buy anything whatsoever; I simply wanted to see some exotic/unique vehicles in person. Sam showed me some of their Alfa Romeo and Maserati vehicles they had for sale including the Giulia, Stelvio, Ghibli, and Grecale. Sam also gave me a tour of the whole showroom floor to show me all the cool cars currently on display and explained a lot of the history behind those carmakers and what they're planning for the future. Not once did anybody in this dealership try to force me into a deal that I didn't want to be in. Once I get my personal financial situation in better shape, I'd be more than happy to come back here to make an offer for one of these beautiful cars. I'm very, very happy that I decided to come check this place out.”

There is a nice lady in there who informed me of this and she keeps a little notecard because of how commonly people still think Volvo's service center is here. "3848 Carothers Pkwy, Franklin TN 37067" is where you can find the service center. However, if you want a brand new Volvo, then this place is the go to!”

I went online to the BMW of Nashville website and that's when I saw my baby. I made an appointment for a test drive and after then we got the ball rolling. Aric was my sale advisor. He was cool. He didn't try to change my mind or up-sale me. While waiting I was checked on and offered water or coffee. Everyone was nice. Will definitely buy another vehicle from them.”
