“Had a new key configured for the 911. Very easy to get appointment, and when I was an hour late the response was no problem, so they are very accommodating and helpful. On top of that, my convertible top was catching when lowered, which had started after I made the key appointment. Not only did they look at the top for me without a second appointment, but they also fixed it on the spot! Dillon and Blake always do a great job, and thanks to Josh for fixing the top!!”

“While driving on the interstate, a couple of contractors dropped a drill off their truck along with its parts and one of the drill bits ended up in my rear tire!!!! We stopped in town to checkout an event at the fairgrounds when we discovered our leaking tired. The guys at McDuffees were awesome!! They had us in the garage and back out on the road in less than 30 minutes!!!! If you have any automotive needs these guys can handle it! I even saw a young lady in there getting her car checked out, and the fella at the counter told her the issue was out of their wheelhouse. He was kind to her explaining the situation and then refused to charge her for the diagnostics. I was impressed all the way around with these guys!!!”

GPO took me in within a day, explained ahead of time what they were going to do, performed meticulous diagnostics and did their best to restore a part made from unobtainium. “The only place you should go for your vehicle if you’re in Nashville! We were traveling from NC to CO and a few miles down the road our engine started over heating and by pure luck this shop was one of the closest. We called a little before they opened and left a message with our issues. Before the shop even opened I got a call back from the owner telling me to come on in and we did, they got right to work and were able to fix all our issues. JONAS was the miracle worker, I kid you not he worked 4 straight hours on our car and was so incredibly meticulous about getting every single issue fixed and triple checking his work.The biggest difference here is that they are truly only interested in selling you something you absolutely need, there was no pressure for other things or trying to add on extra parts/services to our bill, it was truly a solid group of workers just trying to get us back on the road.If you’re near Nashville this is where you need to go!”

I have taken several vehicles to him over the years and sent my father to Mike as well. Everytime I recieve honest, courteous service at very affordable prices. If you have a problem with the computer or electrical system on your car, Welltek is the place to go. Mike will give you an honest evaluation and advise you accordingly. His service is a rarity and I hope he stays in business for a long time. I would recommend him over any other electrical shop.”
