I received an immediate call to further clarify what I was explaining. I told them the price I was quoted by wolfchase and the gentleman said that it was a fair price, infact Coleman would be more expensive. He suggested that I stay with wolfchase. This is the second time I had a fantastic experience with Coleman . The first vehicle was was my truck and I was told I did not need transmission. The pure honesty of Coleman is customer service at its best. Thanks for advice on both occasions.”

I love the family owned feel, plus you can definitely tell they take care of their employees and customers. They helped us figure out payment plans and even wanted to see the car in 500 miles to do a recheck to make sure everything was still good. Great people and I would recommend them to anyone!”

“Bought a Volvo XC60 online from New Jersey. (not my finest moment) The alternator was draining the battery and upon further investigation found it not even bolted to the motor and further investigation revealed the bolts were broke off into the block. Called around several places and eventually someone told me about Smisco. Richard told me if I could get the car to him he'd take a look. Folks, he fixed the issue and when he called to tell me I was waiting for the bad news on payment. Low and behold, it was a very reasonable cost. He said if i have any more issues with anything to give him a call. He's my guy for my Volvo. Great customer satisfaction!!”

“Had an emergency need late Friday and Marlin graciously help diagnose the problem while provided wisdom and guidance of what needed to be replaced. He stopped what he was doing and took my car on a test drive to troubleshoot. Offered his opinion which confirmed the issue and told me what needed to be replaced first. He told me the most important area to fix first then helped me locate the parts to fix it myself.”

“I had long known the fine Pashby family but just recently had the opportunity to bring a real problematic older car in to the shop. A car that had sat too long and had multiple issues.I found them to communicate well, assure that each step of the extensive needed work was approved, and they ultimately took care of everything. I know that Jason would be proud of how Candice has carried on the business after his untimely departure to Heaven. I think that ladies might well be nervous about bringing cars into shops sometimes, but they might feel better if they knew a wonderful lady owns and runs this one? “Strait 2 U Mobile provided excellent service! My car completely shut down because my alternator went out. I went online and found Strait 2 U Mobile and they were able to come out the same day to replace my alternator and serpentine belt! I highly recommend them!”
“I’ve used Elite Automotive for at least 8 years. The first time I knew of them I had a 1998 Lexus GS400. Murray at Elite changed my water pump, timing chain, oil seals, and tuned the engine for 1/3 of what Lexus of Memphis wanted to charge me…I didn’t have any issues with the work. I eventually passed that car down to my son. He pretty much destroyed the suspension….once again Murray and Lisa were there to repair it. And again it was much less than the dealership. Later on, my Lexus LS460 needed some suspension work due to wear and tear. As always and as dependable as they are, Elite Automotive was there to handle the suspension work satisfactorily. Finally, I needed a starter for my 2008 QX56. Infiniti of Memphis quoted $1800.00 because the starter was inside the engine. Elite Automotive did the work for less than half! All the work was guaranteed, the parts were guaranteed, and the work looked like the dealership did it. I have full confidence in Murray and Lisa at Elite Automotive.”
