Interacted with a staff member regarding a business account. He was polite and helpful. Took the time to call and verify information and then explain how to solve my issues.

Came here to look at getting a new phone. Young man said what phones were available. When I asked about my insurance on my phone that is messing up he said the easiest (for him) is US to file online insurance in my phone. I got up to look at phones while they did the online filing.
